COMI CAFE PTY LTD Full-Time Cook COMI Cafe Pty Ltd, trading as Oliver Brown Liverpool, is seekingan experienced and dependable full time Cook to joinits team at WestfieldLiverpool, MacquarieStreet, Liverpool NSW 2170. This position is suited to a motivated hospitality professional who takes pride in preparing consistently high-quality food in a rapid-paced café environment.

Benefits Task & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Inspect ingredients to confirm their quality, freshness and suitability for preparation.

Prepare and cook savoury dishes and other menu items in accordance with Oliver Brown recipes, specifications and presentation standards. Measure, mix and prepare batters, sauces, fillings, toppings and other ingredients required for daily service. Use grills, ovens, fryers, stovetops, crepe plates, waffle machines and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively.

Control cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is prepared safely, consistently and to the required standard. Monitor taste, texture, portion size and presentation throughout preparation and cooking. Portion and plate meals in accordance with menu specifications.





Prepare customised meals while appropriately managing dietary requirements and allergen considerations. Coordinate multiple orders during busy service periods while maintaining quality, accuracy and efficiency. Store food correctly and monitor stock for freshness and quality.

Maintain clean, organised and hygienic kitchen workstations, equipment and food-preparation areas.

Qualification & experience Skills and Attributes A relevant cookery qualification or demonstrated commercial cooking experience. At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role.

Sound knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, food safety and hygiene requirements. A genuine passion for food and commitment to consistent quality. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Strong reliability, work ethic and attention to detail. A collaborative, team-oriented approach. Self-motivation and a positive, professional attitude.

Remuneration A competitive salary package of $79,500 plus superannuation will be offered, commensurate with the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience.
