Total Fusion Newstead is seeking a Chef de Partie to work mornings and lunch, delivering high-quality dishes from 6:30am to 3:30pm. You will run a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistency, quality and presentation across all menu items and assisting the Head Chef with menu development and day-to-day operations.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Chef de Partie experience, robust culinary skills, and a proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining hygiene and safety
