We currently have an opportunity available in our NSW office for an experienced Labour Hire Recruiter, specialising within the blue-collar space.

Based in Jamisontown, NSW you will be supported by an experienced branch network who live and breathe company values.

Key Responsibilities:

Screening and interviewing candidates

Coordinating and running onsite inductions

Managing, confirming, and adjusting daily rosters

Ensuring clear, consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders

Maintaining regular communication with clients

New business and organic growth of existing client base.

Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and candidates





Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment

Flexibility to work across a variety of industries and locations
