- Experiential Discovery: Connect theory to real-world practice. Through observation, MDTcollaborationand supported client work,you’llgain practical experience and learn how evidence-based practice is applied every day in clinical settings.
- Theoretical Learning: Deepen your clinicalexpertisethroughgraduate-specific workshops, mentoring from Subject Matter Experts and access to National 360’s extensive online learning library.
- Individualised Development: Following your initial transition into practice, you’ll work with your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader to tailor the remainder of your Graduate Program to your strengths, interests and professional goals, whether that’s developing expertise in a clinical areaor exposure to as many areas of practice as possible.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this rewarding role,you’lllead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader. A typical day at National 360 may involve:

- Completing observational sessions and joint appointments with your Clinical Supervisor.
- Supporting clients in the community, in their home,



in one of our clinic spaces or via telehealth.
- Meeting with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision.
- Preparing for appointments,writingreports, and completing case notes.
- Spending time with your colleagues, attending team meetings or checking in with your Team Leader.
- Completing the Graduate Curriculum on our online Learning Management System (LMS).
- Connecting with your Graduate Buddy over coffee to hear about their journey, ask questions and share your own experiences as you transition into practice.
- Attending mentoring sessions with Subject Matter Experts in areasyou’reinterested in.
- Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, all dedicated to making a real impact.

ABOUT YOU

You are a graduateOccupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist ready to make a real-world impact. You value continuous learning and want to refine your skills within our supportive, community-based team. If you are collaborative, proactive, and dedicated to great client outcomes,we’dlove to hear from you!

- Relevant Tertiary qualification inOccupational Therapy or Speech Pathologist (or pending graduation).
- CurrentAHPRA or SPA registration (or in progress).
- Genuine interest in community healthcare.
- Current driver’s licence and own vehicle.




- Willingness to obtainaNDIS Worker Screening Check and WorkingwithChildren Check.
