Westmead Hospital's Brain Injury & Rehabilitation Unit is seeking an Administration Officer Level 2 to deliver effective administrative support, greet patients, carers and staff, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You'll coordinate reception, clinic appointments, maintain patient records in the iPM system, organise room and equipment bookings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-focused service across inpatient and outpatient services.
