Work with an impressive, entrepreneurial business at the heart of Australia's technology ecosystem. We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a CEO & Partner in a highly respected, fast-paced and entrepreneurial business based in Sydney CBD.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who enjoys working with senior leaders, thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to be part of a business that works with some of Australia's most exciting and innovative companies.

About the role

You'll work closely with the CEO & Partner, providing high-level executive support and helping keep a busy schedule and priorities running smoothly.

You'll be trusted to take ownership of:

- Complex diary and calendar management
- Coordinating meetings with senior stakeholders, founders and business leaders
- Travel arrangements and logistics
- Preparing meeting materials, presentations and documents
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with events, meetings and special projects
- Following up actions and ensuring priorities stay on track
- Ad hoc support across a genuinely varied and interesting role

This isn't a traditional, routine EA role. You'll be working in a smart,



entrepreneurial environment where things move quickly and you'll have exposure to interesting people, businesses and ideas.

About you

You'll ideally be an experienced EA, Executive Assistant or Senior PA who is:

- Experienced supporting a CEO, Partner, Founder or senior executive
- Highly organised and exceptionally detail-oriented
- Proactive and able to anticipate what needs to happen next
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- A confident and polished communicator
- Discreet and trusted with confidential information
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Available to start ASAP
