The Role

Join Bega Group’s Customer Support team in Docklands and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Officer, you'll build strong relationships, manage enquiries and orders, and collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless service. Responsibilities

Provide warm, responsive customer support across phone and email channels

Process customer orders accurately and within required timeframes

Manage shared inbox enquiries, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑through

Resolve delivery issues and coordinate positive customer outcomes

Partner with internal teams to continuously enhance the customer experience

About you

Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable working independently while contributing to team success

Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous
