Sodexo is seeking an experienced Security Officer to manage the gatehouse at our Mars site in Ballarat. The role involves significant face-to-face interaction with contractors, drivers, and couriers, ensuring compliance with entry requirements and maintaining safety and security.
The position is permanent full time, paid at level 3 per the security award, with a rotating 4 × 12 hour shift pattern (days and nights) and 4 days off.
