The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Your position will be a blend of transactional accounting, month-end reporting, financial analysis, process improvement, and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting

- Support month-end close activities including journal processing and account reconciliations
- Review and analyse sales transactions to ensure compliance with business policies and promotional requirements
- Coordinate retail close activities with internal sales teams
- Prepare and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
- Process and review purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Assist with tax-related documentation and financial controls
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Review commission calculations and incentive payments




- Assist with vehicle buyback processing and related financial transactions

Financial Analysis & Business Support

- Prepare financial and operational reporting to support business decision-making
- Conduct pricing analysis and commercial evaluations
- Analyse trends and business performance data
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and controls

Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT and other key business functions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity
- Support broader team initiatives and ad hoc projects as required

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- CPA qualified or currently working towards CPA certification (preferred)
- Previous accounting or finance experience, ideally within a commercial environment
- Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system (advantageous)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and continuously improve
