This is a hands-on Service Coordinator role covering rostering, intake, onboarding, compliance and administration. You'll work closely with the Managing Director and Support Coordination team to manage the day-to-day delivery of participant services and make sure participants receive consistent, high-quality support.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate the commencement of new participant services, from referral through to first shift
- Meet weekly with the Support Coordination team to review new participants and those whose supports are being set up
- Provide the Managing Director with weekly updates on services, staffing and participant needs
- Respond to incidents, complaints and service concerns, record them, and escal to the Managing Director
- Coordinate and maintain participant and support worker rosters
- Manage shift changes, cancellations, staff availability and vacant shifts
- Match support workers with participants based on their needs and preferences
- Complete support worker onboarding and keep checks, training and compliance documentation current
- Complete new participant intake and onboarding
- Prepare and maintain service agreements, intake forms and participant documentation

About you





- Previous experience in Service Coordination, Support Coordination, NDIS administration or a similar role
- Experience rostering and coordinating disability support services
- Experience using ShiftCare or a similar rostering/CRM system
- Experience using Asana or similar task and workflow management tools
- Experience with PRODA and the NDIS myplace provider portal
- Experience with internal audits or preparing for NDIS certification or verification audits
- A valuable understanding of the NDIS and participant-led support
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Clear, warm communication with participants, families, staff and external stakeholders
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain before commencing)
