Your Key Responsibilities

- Provide a warm welcome to patients and manage appointments seamlessly
- Handle inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
- Oversee patient billing processes, including Medicare, DVA, ADF, and Workcover claims, with accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including product recommendations and sales
- Maintain and manage patient records with strict confidentiality
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, medical typing, data entry,



appointment confirmations, recalls, and more
- Support DermScreen workflows, introducing patients to the service and coordinating follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

- A service-oriented professional with solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing time effectively
- A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in medical software and booking systems
- Professionally presented with a high level of customer service expertise
- Team player who can also work independently
- Full Time or Part Time position depending on the right candidate.
- Willingness to take on challenges to grow and learn new skills .
- Experience in dermatology, skincare, or the medical industry
- Sales experience and a proactive attitude toward patient care
- Familiarity with tools such as Gentu, Genie, Wix, HPOS/PRODA
- Typing speed of 50-80 WPM
