We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Wall & Floor Tilers for an immediate start . This is a full-time subcontractor role , Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work when required.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

As part of our tiling and remedial team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of residential and commercial repairs. Works will include, but are not limited to:

- Tiling and retiling showers, bathrooms, and balconies
- Removal and refitting of basic shower screens
- Demolition and removal of existing tiles, bedding and wall sheeting where required
- Screeding, bedding and floor preparation
- De-grouting and re-grouting of walls, floors & balcony surfaces
- Waterproofing works in line with Australian Standards (advantageous)
- Minor carpentry and wall re‑sheeting as required
- Rendering and surface preparation for tiling




- Thinking outside of the box and working out solutions themselves
- Ensuring all work areas are left clean, safe, and presentable
- Providing a professional experience to SealRITE clients and representing the brand with pride

A Tiling and/or Waterproofing Licence will be highly regarded, though not essential for the right candidate.

We welcome applicants available for Immediate Start, however we understand and respect notice periods— the right person is worth waiting for.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Essential

- Proven wall / floor tiling & waterproofing experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of wall and floor tiling experience
- Experience with demolition and site preparation
- Competent in screeding and levelling
- Ability to remove and install basic shower screens
- Skilled in de-grouting and re-grouting
- Own full set of tools of trade including a vacuum
- Driver's License and own commercial vehicle
- Ability to complete minor timber repairs and wall re‑sheeting
- Rendering experience an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Must be an Australian citizen

Preferred / Advantageous

- Waterproofing experience and/or relevant licence
- Experience in remedial repair work, bathroom renovations or leak investigations
- White Card, Police Check or Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Insurances and ABN
- Driver's License and own commercial vehicle
