Our client, based in Mascot is looking for an organised and detail‑driven Accounts & Administration Officer to support their financial, reporting and operational functions. This role suits someone who enjoys working across accounts receivable, reporting, customer service and general administration, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. A full time on site position, you will work across accounts payable & receivable, prepare invoices, reconcile payments/account, and complete month‑end reporting. You’ll also maintain operational reports, assist with office administration, coordinate logistics with the sales team, and provide professional customer support to resolve account‑related queries.

Skills & Experience Required

- Strong Excel skills (reporting, data analysis, spreadsheets)
- Experience in accounts receivable,



bookkeeping or accounts admin
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Customer service experience resolving account queries
