Service Advisor for a Heavy Vehicle Workshop — Join Our Team!

Hastings Heavy Vehicle Repairs is an 11-year-old, family-owned heavy vehicle repair centre on the beautiful Mid North Coast. We're an authorised service and parts outlet (ASPO) for Isuzu Trucks and Hyundai Trucks. We're looking for a skilled Heavy Vehicle Service Advisor to join our close-knit, friendly team.

Position: Permanent, full-time

Salary: $78,000 – $100,000 per year + super

Hours: Mon–Thu 7am–4pm, Fri 6am–3pm

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers in a friendly, approachable manner




- Providing accurate quotes, repair options and cost estimates
- Preparing invoices and explaining them clearly to customers
- Working with the workshop and parts department to keep jobs running smoothly
- Keeping customers updated on their vehicle's status

What we're looking for

- Experience in the mechanical industry with strong mechanical knowledge
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with both customers and the workshop to keep service running smoothly
- Confident using Microsoft Office. Workshop software experience is a bonus, not essential
- Able to work well in a team and on your own
