Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Trade Sales & Warehouse Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a rewarding career in the automotive trades industry. Based in Milton QLD 4064, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting both our sales and warehouse functions. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with customer service, processing orders, maintaining our warehouse to the highest standards. This position offers the perfect platform to build your expertise in automotive trade sales and logistics whilst developing valuable skills that will serve you throughout your career.

Key responsibilities

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded correctly
- Receive, unload and organise incoming shipments and deliveries
- Picking orders for dispatch and ensure accurate packing and labelling
- Maintain a safe and clean working workplace in the warehouse and sales areas
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as quoting and documentation

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail or automotive trade environment is highly desirable, but not essential as training is provided.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Physical capability to perform warehouse duties including lifting, stacking and moving materials
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability,



punctuality and a skilled approach to work
- Health and safety awareness with a commitment to maintaining safe practices
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
- Have a current driving manual license.
