Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is Australia’s largest rural water corporation responsible for storing, managing and delivering water across most of northern Victoria. GMW provides more than 39,000 services to about 25,000 customers in its operating region.

About the Role

Reporting to the Facilities and Fleet Supervisor, you will provide administrative and coordination support across facilities, fleet, maintenance, security access, contracts and compliance activities. You will play an important role in coordinating service requests, maintaining records and systems, supporting maintenance programs, and delivering responsive customer service to stakeholders across the organisation.

Your key responsbilities will be to:

- Coordinate facilities and fleet service requests and work orders.
- Maintain registers, records, contracts and compliance documentation.
- Support preventative maintenance programs and minor works projects.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and meeting documentation.
- Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders, contractors and service providers.
- Assist with emergency management, safety and compliance administration.

What do you need?

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in administration, business support or coordination.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn corporate systems.
- The ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.

Other Requirements:





- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Australian Working Rights
- Satisfactory National Police Check

Desirable:

- Experience using Maximo.
- Experience in facilities, fleet, asset, procurement or contract administration.
- Experience supporting compliance, audit or records management activities.
