Key responsibilities
- Preparing and baking bread, pastries and bakery products
- Following recipes and maintaining consistent quality
- Preparing dough, shaping, proofing and baking
- Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and organised
- Working efficiently as part of a small team
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
About you
- Previous bakery/baking experience preferred
- Passionate about baking and quality food
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Available for early morning starts
