Part time Baker

We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Baker to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with preparing and baking a range of focaccia , cinnamon scrolls , and other baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake focaccia, cinnamon scrolls , cookies, and other baked products according to recipes and quality standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
- Operate and clean baking equipment safely.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
- Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation, and inventory checks.
- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods.

Requirements
- Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Positive attention to detail and a passion for quality food.




- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift ingredients/equipment when required.

Position Details
- Employment type: Part-time
- Hours: Flexible, including early mornings, weekends, or public holidays as required
