This Role is All About the Bar

- Lead and develop the bar team while fostering a positive, supportive culture
- Own bar operations including ordering, stocktake, and maintaining high safety standards
- Work alongside your bartenders and F&B; attendants to take, make and send out orders to our guests doing bowling, karaoke, darts or just dining in
- Manage cost of goods alongside the Head Chef
- Drive initiatives to increase revenue as per monthly targets
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including our updated drinks on the cocktail menu!
- Engage with guests to create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere every shift

About You

- Leadership experience in a bar is highly regarded (strong bar experience also welcome)
- Experience in ordering stock for the bar
- Robust knowledge around spirits, beer and cocktails to coach your existing team
- Confident communicator with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Thrive in fast‑paced environments and love juggling multiple priorities
- Passionate about beverages, trends, and delivering great service
- Hold a valid RSA or be willing to obtain one
