Bagel Hills Café is looking for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our growing team in Endeavour Hills.

We serve fresh bagels, quality specialty coffee, and a wide range of matcha drinks, smoothies, and milkshakes. We’re a fast-paced but friendly café that values teamwork and great customer service.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Making high-quality coffee (this is essential)
- Preparing drinks such as matcha, smoothies, and milkshakes
- Assisting on the cash register during busy periods
- General café duties (cleaning, restocking, basic food prep support)
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service

What we’re looking for

- Strong barista experience is essential
- (If you do not have solid coffee-making experience, this role is not suitable)




- Ability to work well in a team workplace
- Fast, organized, and able to handle busy periods
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Reliability and flexibility with shifts
