We are looking for an experienced and passionate barista to join our team. Ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality coffee, delivers exceptional customer serivice and can contribute to the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve high quality beverages consistently (milk texturing, latte art)
- Adjust grinder to maintain coffee quality
- maintain high standard of cleanliness and organisation throughout the stations
- Provide friendly customer service
- Work POS transactions
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and FOH
- Perform open and closing duties
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience is needed! In need of someone who can jump straight into the position without being taught
- Minimum 2 years barista experience
- Ability to work under pressure and manage fast pace
- Confident in working independently
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Latte art preferred
Job Type: Casual Pay: From $33.85 per hour
