We’re looking for an experienced Barista / FOH Team Member to join our team at Mörk Chocolate, Chadstone.

This is a varied, hands-on role across coffee, our signature hot chocolates, customer service and retail. We’re looking for someone with solid barista experience who also genuinely enjoys being on the floor, talking with customers and being part of the wider store experience.

Mörk is a Melbourne-based cacao roastery and chocolate maker, founded in 2012 with a focus on specialty drinking chocolate.

Today, Mörk has grown across Melbourne, with our venues bringing together specialty coffee, our signature hot chocolates and a growing range of chocolate and retail products.

We care about quality at every step – from what we make to the spaces we create and the experience our customers have with Mörk.

The role

Working as part of our Chadstone team, you’ll move across different areas of the store throughout the day.

You’ll be

- Making consistently great coffee and maintaining quality throughout service
- Preparing our signature hot chocolates and other drinks
- Welcoming customers and providing warm, thoughtful service
- Spending time on the floor, sharing our chocolate and retail range with customers
- Offering samples and helping customers find the right products
- Supporting the presentation and restocking of our retail displays
- Keeping the store clean, organised and ready for service




- Working closely with the wider team and jumping in where needed

About you

You’ll have previous barista experience and be confident working on the coffee machine, including dialling in, extraction and milk texturing.

Just as importantly, you’ll enjoy the broader FOH side of the role. You’re comfortable stepping away from the machine, connecting with customers and getting involved wherever you’re needed.
