As a Barista/Server, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and serving high quality beverages to our standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Barista Duties:
- Brewing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas and iced drinks.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar.
- Preparing and serving desserts and other menu items.
- Wait Staff Duties:
- Taking customer orders, both in-store and via takeaway.
- Serving food and beverages to customers quickly and accurately.
- Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Handling cash and card transactions.
- Ensuring the café is clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements:

- Previous barista experience is essential.




- A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Friendly, reliable, and energetic with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust communication and multitasking skills.
- Must be available for weekends, peak hours and nights.
