Red Cacao Stirling is looking for a passionate, energetic and experienced Barista to join our incredible team!

We’re a busy, fast-paced café where outstanding coffee, exceptional food and genuine customer service are at the heart of what we do.

About the role

We’re looking for a Barista who:

- Has a genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
- Has previous barista experience and understands the importance of consistency
- Can confidently work in a fast-paced café environment
- Is friendly, approachable and customer-focused
- Works well under pressure and as part of a team
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Brings a positive, energetic attitude to every shift

What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages
- Maintaining consistency and quality throughout busy service periods




- Operating and maintaining the coffee machine and bar area
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Keeping the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
- Working closely with our front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Helping maintain the fast-paced, welcoming atmosphere at Stirling Red Cacao
