Part-Time Barista – One Pear Tree

One Pear Tree is looking for an experienced and reliable Part time Barista to join our café team.

We’re looking for someone with 1–2 years of barista experience who is confident making quality coffee, enjoys working with customers, and works well in a busy café environment.

About the Role

- Part-time position

- Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee

- Confident with milk texturing and basic latte art

- Maintain speed and quality during busy service

- Provide friendly and professional customer service

- Keep the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked

- Assist with opening, closing and general café duties

- Work closely with the FOH and kitchen team

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of barista experience

- Great espresso and milk-texturing skills





- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable, punctual and organised

- Friendly and confident with customers

- Robust communication and teamwork

- Willingness to learn and improve

- Weekend availability preferred
