Requirements:
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Must have experience working as a barista in a busy café or hospitality establishment
- Confident making high-quality coffee consistently during busy periods
- Quick, efficient, and able to work under pressure
- Friendly and professional with good customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well as part of a team
