Child Care Australia United Ltd is a not-for-profit child safe organisation with a strong history of providing quality before and after school care services across the Sutherland Shire. We foster a sense of community by working closely with families, local schools, and other professionals. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and hands-on Educational Leader with a positive attitude to join our team.

The successful candidate will be supported by a quality-focused coordinator and management team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our OSHC program.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement educational programs for children aged 5-12 in Before School, After School, and Vacation Care.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and schools.
- Be a supportive team mentor

Position Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in before and after school care.
- Passionate and innovative approach to creating quality education and care for children aged 5-12.
- Sound knowledge of the National Law & Regulations,



the National Quality Framework, and the "My Time, Our Place" framework.
- Preferably Diploma qualifications in Outside School Hours Care or Children's Services.
- Willingness to engage in career development.

Essential

- A current Employee Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain).

Work Availability

- Monday to Friday OR 4 days a week.

General Hours

- Part-time
- Before School Care: 7:00 am - 9:00 am
- After School Care: 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Pay Rate

- Pay rate is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $38.00 – $39.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Bonnet Bay NSW 2226: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Working with Children Check (Preferred)
- Driver Licence (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:
- Australia (Preferred)
