About the role

We are seeking a Beauty Therapist to join our team in our Casuarina Salon Darwin. This is for either casual or Full time position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be at the heart of our service delivery, ensuring every client receives a professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating beauty experience. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

- Performing a range of beauty treatments including waxing, facials, skincare treatments, and other beauty services to a high professional standard

- Consulting with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, and recommending appropriate treatments

- Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations

- Using beauty products and equipment safely and correctly

- Building positive client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times

- Keeping accurate client records and treatment notes

- Supporting the team and contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere





- Staying current with beauty industry trends and techniques through ongoing professional development

What we're looking for

- A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent accredited training

- Current knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and industry best practices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
- A professional approach to personal grooming and presentation
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene

- Reliability and flexibility to accommodate casual work scheduling

- Experience in the beauty or related services industry is highly desirable

- Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred
