We are currently seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator / Estimating professional to join a busy commercial construction business in North Sydney on a 4–6 week temporary assignment.

This is a hands-on role supporting the estimating team with tender preparation, estimating, pricing and bid submissions during a busy period.

The Role:

- Support the preparation and coordination of tender submissions
- Assist with estimating and pricing activities
- Collate and coordinate subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Prepare and organise tender documentation
- Assist with BOQs, scopes, schedules and pricing information
- Coordinate information across the estimating and project teams
- Track tender deadlines and ensure submissions are completed on time
- Review tender documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Provide general estimating and bid administration support as required

About You: We're looking for someone with previous experience in estimating, tender coordination or bid administration, ideally within commercial construction or fit-out.

You don't need to be a senior-level Estimator. We're looking for someone who is hands-on,



organised and commercially minded, with the ability to quickly understand requirements and provide immediate support to the team.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience across estimating, tenders or bid coordination
- Commercial construction or fit-out experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and hit the ground running
