An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced

Billings & Collections Officer to join a well-established organisation on a permanent basis.

Reporting into an experienced manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts with a strong focus on billings, collections, reconciliations and debtor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of outstanding accounts within a large healthcare environment
- Follow up overdue invoices and outstanding payments
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding account queries
- Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies
- Manage payment arrangements, adjustments and refunds
- Complete reconciliations and maintain accurate account records
- Identify and escalate outstanding or doubtful debts

About You





- 2 years previous experience within a healthcare environment is essential
- Solid collections and debtor management experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP
- Confident investigating and resolving account discrepancies
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
