Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Bottle Shop Attendant who enjoys talking with customers and can confidently handle both customer service and the practical side of running a busy store.

What you’ll be doing

- Welcome customers, offer product recommendations and help them find what they need
- Process sales and handle cash accurately
- Keep shelves and fridges stocked, tidy and ready for busy trade
- Receive deliveries, rotate stock and keep storage areas organised
- Open and close the store in line with store procedures
- Follow responsible service of alcohol and safe manual handling procedures

What you’ll bring

- Previous bottle shop or liquor retail experience
- Friendly, confident customer service and an interest in beer, wine and spirits




- Reliability and the ability to work independently and support your teammates
- Confidence using point-of-sale systems and handling cash
- Ability to safely manage regular lifting, carrying and stock replenishment
- A current RSA certificate and availability across days, evenings, weekends and public holidays

A forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $33.85 – $47.39 per hour
