A Day in the Life

In this permanent, full-time leadership role reporting to the Area Manager, you will steer retail excellence at our flagship Yves Saint Laurent boutique situated in a high-profile, premium foot-traffic location in the heart of Chadstone – The Fashion Capital. You will drive the boutique’s energy and elevate consumer engagement to world-class luxury standards.

- Boutique Operations & Commercial Performance: Manage full P&L; accountability, inventory flows, and daily operational standards in an iconic, fast-paced luxury destination.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and upskill a high-performing boutique team, championing continuous growth and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Luxury Consumer Experience: Deliver memorable, tailor-made consultations that embody YSL's daring DNA and cultivate lasting VIP client relationships.
