Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and values-driven Branch Manager to lead our Daimler Trucks Adelaide dealership. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the overall performance of the branch, including Service, Parts, customer experience and safety.

We're looking for a leader who puts people first, leads by example and creates an environment where employees feel supported, valued and accountable. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening capability across the branch while ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused operations.

As the leader of the site, you will work closely with employees, customers and stakeholders to drive sustainable growth, improve operational performance and foster a positive workplace culture.

What you'll be doing

- Lead day-to-day branch operations across Service, Parts and customer-facing functions.
- Build a people-first culture that promotes engagement, accountability and development.
- Champion a proactive approach to safety and wellbeing across the branch.
- Coach and support frontline leaders to strengthen capability and performance.
- Deliver financial, operational and customer performance targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.




- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legislative requirements and OEM standards.
- Foster collaboration and accountability across the branch.

What we're looking for

- Proven leadership experience within automotive, heavy vehicle, transport, industrial or service-related operations.
- A genuine people-first leadership style with a track record of coaching leaders, developing capability and building engaged teams.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing operational and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and drive service excellence.
- Experience leading change and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Heavy vehicle or commercial vehicle industry experience highly regarded.
