About the Role

We are seeking a Branch Manager based out of our Coburg Branch to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager VIC/SA/WA.

As the Branch Manager you will be vital to the leadership and success of the company. You will lead daily operations, commercial operation, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for achieving branch targets, leading and developing your team, managing key customer and supplier relationships, and improving branch operational efficiency and profitability. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Maximise fleet utilisation within the branch through building and maintaining local commercial relationships

- Engage in business development initiatives

- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders

- Manage maintenance, servicing and other requirements to maintain commercial fleet Encourage team members, including communicating team goals.

- Customer service management

- Control expenditure and budgets for branch

- WH&S; and facilities management (maintenance, repair, development, contract review)

- Compliance, administration, and reporting

Your Experience

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience in the following areas:

- Leadership experience in a small team

- Experience with commercial vehicles/customers (preferred)

- Proven business development and management skills, preferably with commercial clientele or commercial vehicles

- Understanding of operational measures to improve branch operations

- Proven experience providing leadership, direction, support and motivation to team members.
