About the role

Get Picked Up is a national managed ground-transport network moving NDIS participants, aged care clients, insurance customers and corporate travellers safely and reliably across metro and regional Australia. This is a genuine build role as the first dedicated Brand Manager, with the mandate to unify the brand across every audience, own the annual brand and media plan, and lead the marketing.

Key responsibilities

- Own the Get Picked Up brand: positioning, tone of voice, visual identity and final sign-off on everything customer-facing
- Develop and deliver the annual brand and media plan across owned, earned and paid channels, plus manage the budget
- Lead a unified brand rollout across NDIS, Insurance, Aged Care and Corporate, from vehicles and uniforms to website and collateral
- Brief and manage social and creative agency partners, develop monthly content calendars, coordinate shoots with real drivers and customers, and hold them to results
- Manage a 12-month calendar of events, expos and sponsorships, working with Business Development to turn them into leads
- Oversee website,



SEO and paid digital performance, with monthly reporting on traffic, leads and cost per lead
- Build driver recruitment marketing to develop employer brand and fill hiring pipelines by region
- Lead the customer app launch campaign

About you

- 4+ years in brand, marketing or communications, including 2+ years owning a brand
- Experience refreshing or unifying a brand across multiple products, services or audiences
- Track record of building and delivering annual media plans and managing agency partners
- Solid working knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, SEO and website content
- Events and sponsorship experience
- Sharp eye for design and copy, and writing that makes people stop scrolling
- Comfort with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and a CRM
