Are you a curious problem-solver who enjoys working with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver practical technology solutions? We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Technology team and play a key role in supporting and delivering technology initiatives across ActewAGL's Retail business. About The Role Reporting to the Business Analysis Manager, you will work with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather and document requirements, scope work, and support the delivery of technology initiatives across the Retail business. You will also contribute to production support activities and help ensure business processes and requirements are clearly defined and understood.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Gathering and documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analysing business requests and assisting with the scoping of work.
- Documenting current and future state business processes.
- Preparing and reviewing business requirements, user stories, statements of work and technical specifications.
- Providing advice and recommendations on potential technology solutions.
- Building effective stakeholder relationships across the business.
- Identifying and communicating risks, issues and impacts associated with initiatives and business decisions.
- Supporting the investigation and management of production issues.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.




- Experience facilitating requirements workshops and engaging with stakeholders.
- Experience documenting business requirements, acceptance criteria and business processes.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- A degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Experience in the energy industry, Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps will be highly regarded but not essential.
