Our Family Respite Pty Ltd on the Central Coast seeks an enthusiastic Disability Support Worker to join a small, consistent 1:1 team supporting an 18-year-old young man.
This role focuses on building independence, daily living skills and community participation, with shifts around 2 x 3 hours per week and potential for additional hours.
You will support daily living, meals, household tasks and community outings, while maintaining explicit boundaries and a positive, proactive approach.
