LifeGrain is a well-established, multi-site café brand, serving breakfast & lunch 7 days a week. We are placing a strong focus on specialty coffee, straightforward, fresh and healthy food, and outstanding customer service.

We are looking for a committed, full time Café Manager with an easy-going personality, who possesses energy and passion for the industry to head up our brand new location opening in Penrith.

Responsibilities

- All aspects of managing the cafe on a daily basis
- Recruiting and managing a full team
- Maintaining high customer service levels and adding a personal touch
- Stock ordering & cost control
- Rostering, ordering, stock control, working towards budgets, and other KPI’s
- Promoting and marketing the cafe to increase sales.
