As the PM Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day afternoon warehouse operations and ensuring the team operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and quality standards. This role will be primarily 12pm – 8pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to meet operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

Supervise, support, and lead the PM warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets

Coordinate picking, packing, loading, dispatch, and general warehouse activities

Allocate tasks and manage workflow to ensure orders and deliveries are completed accurately and on time

Lead by example and remain hands-on with warehouse duties as required

Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to procedures

Ensure medical and pharmaceutical stock is handled, stored, rotated, and dispatched correctly

Maintain high standards of accuracy, stock control, and documentation

Ensure all loading and unloading activities are completed safely and efficiently

Complete and oversee delivery documentation, manifests, and other required paperwork

Maintain a clean, organised, and protected warehouse environment

About you

Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or similar supervisory/team leader role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent time management and organisational skills





Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

A reliable, professional, and hands-on approach to work

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing operational requirements

Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of warehouse safety and procedures

Ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures
