Stepwise Community Services, formerly Metro Assist, is seeking a Financial Inclusion Support Worker (NILS) on a fixed term 28 hour/week contract until June 2027. You will assess NILS eligibility, gather documentation, prepare loan applications and support clients through the process with referrals to energy and utility assistance programs.

You will work within the Financial Inclusion team to provide information, referrals, and connections to Financial Counselling and emergency relief as
