BHT Logistics is a family-owned transport company specialising in the movement of fresh produce from Bundaberg throughout the eastern side of Australia.

n

With a modern, well-maintained fleet, we are currently seeking an experienced HC/MC Linehaul Driver for our Bundaberg to Brisbane work operating 6-axle Single and B-Double refrigerated combinations.

n

This position will involve regular overnight work and weekend work as required. We are looking for a reliable, qualified and easy-going team player who takes pride in their work, communicates well with others, and represents the company professionally on the road and with customers.

The Position Includes: n

Bundaberg to Brisbane run operating Single and B-Double refrigerated trailers

n

Flexible driving hours in line with fatigue management requirements

n

Delivering fresh produce into capital city markets and distribution centres

n

Communicating professionally with customers, agents and the operations team

n





Driver responsible for maintaining cleanliness and presentation of allocated truck and trailers

n

Reporting maintenance concerns, defects or faults promptly to the Workshop Manager

n

Direct communication with the business owner regarding scheduling and operational requirements

Skills & Experience Required: n

Previous B-Double and refrigerated trailer experience preferred

n

Good driving history and commitment to safety and compliance

n

Ability to work weekends and overnights

n

Strong communication skills and professional presentation

n

Positive attitude with the ability to work well within a team

n

Must be fit, healthy and reliable

n

Willingness to undergo medical assessments and drug & alcohol testing
