About the role n

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist in leading and motivating the service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across either Altitude Restaurant or Lobby Lounge and Café Mix.

n

This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about luxury service, enjoys developing people and thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

n

Lead and support the service team to deliver warm, professional and attentive service throughout the guest experience

n

Oversee reservations, guest management and table allocation to optimise restaurant flow and service efficiency

n

Assist with staff scheduling, training and development to build a skilled, engaged and high-performing team

n

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are delivered consistently and to expected quality standards

n

Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints professionally and in a timely manner

n

Assist with the implementation of marketing initiatives, promotions and activations to drive restaurant and lounge traffic

n

Maintain strong knowledge of menus, beverage offerings and hotel facilities to enhance the overall guest experience

n





Support the broader Food & Beverage operation and hotel as required

Restaurant and lounge operations run smoothly and efficiently during both peak and quieter service periods

Reservations, table allocations and guest flow are managed effectively

Team members are engaged, well supported and confident in delivering exceptional service

n

Guest feedback and concerns are addressed promptly, professionally and with a solutions-focused approach

n

Restaurant presentation, cleanliness and service standards are maintained to an exceptional level

n

Promotional and marketing initiatives are effectively supported to enhance guest engagement and outlet performance

What We're Looking For n

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant, hotel or high-end hospitality environment

n

Solid knowledge of food and beverage service, restaurant operations and guest experience

n

Confident leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team

n

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

n

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
