Our client is seeking a motivated junior lawyer (1-3 years PAE) with an interest in construction law to join its growing team.

n

This role offers a unique prospect to work closely with experienced construction lawyers in a boutique specialist practice that originated from an established mid-tier firm. You will receive direct mentoring from senior practitioners with more than 60 years of combined experience, while gaining exposure to sophisticated and commercially significant matters.

Initially, your practice will focus on the dispute side of construction but as your experience develops, there may be the opportunity to expand into front-end construction work, including the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts.

About You You will: n

Be admitted as a lawyer with approximately 1-3 years post-admission experience.

n

Have a keen interest in construction and a growth mindset.

n

Be commercially minded, proactive and eager to learn.

n

Enjoy working as part of a close-knit and high-performing team.

n

Prior experience in construction or litigation will be highly regarded, although candidates with a genuine interest in developing a construction law practice are encouraged to apply.
