Job Description

Powerfleet is seeking a Regional Head of Customer Success - APAC to lead and own the Customer Success function across the APAC region, based in Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane with core activities in Perth. You will coach a distributed team, drive proactive engagement, account planning and strategic reviews, and ensure outcomes align with contractual commitments and customer value across lifecycle.
