As a Practice Nurse, you'll support our GPs and wider clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a modern and supportive environment.

About the role n

Key responsibilities include:

- Immunisations and vaccine management
n
- Wound care and dressings
n
- Health assessments and care planning
n
- Chronic disease management support
n
- Patient recalls and follow-up activities
n
- Infection control and accreditation activities
n
- Clinical administration and documentation
n

About you nn
- To be successful, you will have:
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Previous nursing experience in General Practice,



Primary Care or Community Health
n
- Strong clinical and communication skills
n
- A collaborative and patient-focused approach
n
- Experience with immunisations and chronic disease management (desirable)
n
