Job Description

Mercor is seeking a Non-Investment Finance Expert with a focus on AI training and evaluation in Sydney, NSW. You will perform hands-on finance tasks, including complex reconciliations, 3-statement modeling, and pro-forma analyses, to set the standard for accuracy and professionalism.

You will reason from primary sources, document assumptions, and deliver CFO-ready narratives. 3+ years in finance roles and robust US GAAP/IFRS knowledge are essential; CPA/CA/CIMA preferred.
