Insulet Corporation is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service, verify insurance coverage, process reimbursements and place orders for Omnipod patients in a rapid-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, handling prior authorizations and supporting healthcare providers while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation. Prior experience with pharmacy coverage and diabetes knowledge is preferred.
