This Is a Build Role

This is not a traditional IT support role.

You’ll work closely with our Automation and Web Developer, Sumanyu, helping build internal applications, AI systems, automations, APIs, client tools and experimental technology across SoudCoh.

You may be working on Claude or Codex integrations one day, an MCP server the next, and an AI video workflow or internal application after that.

We want someone who enjoys turning ideas into working technology quickly.

MCP is a major area of interest for us.

Experience with Model Context Protocol is highly desirable.

- MCP authentication
- Permissions
- Structured tool calls
- Connecting Claude or other models to business data
- Building reusable MCP integrations

If you already experiment with MCP in your own projects, we absolutely want to see them.

If you haven’t used MCP heavily yet but you have strong API experience and are eager to learn it quickly, that is also fine.

AI Video & Higgsfield

We’re also actively experimenting with AI video and creative technology.

You may work with:

The goal is not just generating individual videos.

We want to build systems around these tools.

That might mean connecting APIs, automating workflows, managing assets, generating variations or

We regularly come across situations where existing software doesn’t do exactly what we need.

When that happens, we’re happy to build our own.
