Hyne Timber is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to ensure a seamless order-to-delivery experience. You will coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehousing and Freight to balance stock, prioritise orders and keep customers informed from receipt through fulfilment.
You will be the central contact for customers and internal teams, resolving issues quickly while maintaining high service levels and accurate data across systems.
