Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence? We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of materials and products.
In this hands-on role, you will work closely with warehouse leadership, operational teams, and key stakeholders to maintain high standards of performance, compliance, and customer service within a regulated environment.
This role will be onsite at our Tullamarine premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Allocate workloads and support daily warehouse operations to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure customer and internal orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, quality, and operational procedures.
- Investigate and investigate inventory or operational issues when required.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records, reporting, and documentation




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
- Provide hands-on warehouse support and assist with operational requirements as needed.

About You

- To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
- Robust knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
- A current driver's license is required.
- A current Forklift License (LF) is preferred.
